Because of our past associations with Sotheby’s & Christies, we have agents in many countries who will represent your property at a global level. Our powerful website has 5-10,000 visitors per month. Most of that website traffic is Canadian and US buyers (with an appropriate amount of international traffic as well). Our website visitors average over 4 minutes per visit. When they’re on our real estate website that long, they’re looking at and thinking about buying a listing.
Many of our properties need to be handled in a particular way. They’re often ranches, waterfront or recreational properties. Most general/local agents don’t have the knowledge/experience to list or provide buying insight for these types of properties. We have a proven process for helping sellers sell their properties in a timely fashion at a fair market value.
Every property is unique. Your marketing needs to reflect that. We’ll prepare a custom marketing plan specific to the property. Each property is treated as special and requires specific language, images, and video for the subject property – not just some cookie-cutter text.

It’s important to appeal to buyers through appealing photography and video as often as possible. Our clients are always amazed at the results, and buyers are impressed with how well our homes show. We offer professional aerial video and 360-degree photography services.

Cascadia Realty offers complimentary home staging advice. We can also provide home staging services through our staging company. Professional home staging can dramatically improve the presentation of your home and increase its selling price.

Mostly, we’re here for you. But there is one thing that keeps us from thinking about real estate all the time – we founded and run a pretty amazing charity called the Scholarship Foundation Of The Pacific. SFOTP is a public foundation whose goal is to raise/manage funds and develop strategic partnerships to support post-secondary educational opportunities to create future leaders in coastal communities. In short, we raise enough funds to send one student for 4 years of university every year.
