Are these all the waterfront properties for sale in BC?

No. If a real estate brokerage or REALTOR® decides they don’t want their listing in the DDF feed, it won’t be on this site. There are lots of waterfront listings on the market that are not in this feed. Some of the missing properties are represented by an agent – but there are also plenty of waterfront estates that are simply not publicly listed. Sometimes people just don’t want everyone in BC, Canada and the world-at-large to know their business. BTW, we often represent those people. That’s one of many Cascadia Realty advantages.

As a member of this service, you’ll learn about the waterfront real estate listings feed properties AND the more exclusive and private waterfront estates that are not in the public DDF feed. Often the private sales are the most exciting properties on the market.
