Hi there! You’re on our BC real estate listings page. You’re in the right place if you want to search for real estate in BC.
Where do you get all these listings from?
These listings are provided by CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) through a service called DDF (Data Distribution Facility).
DDF is a feed of all of the real estate listings in British Columbia. To clarify, we’re only adding listings from the following real estate boards because those are the areas of BC that we service.
Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver
Association of Interior REALTORS (previously Okanagan-Mainline and Okanagan South)
So you know, we try to make searching for a particular property type easy for you. We do this by filtering the listings on this page so that you’re only going to see real estate listings in BC – nothing more. Note: If you’re interested in creating a custom search for yourself based on what you want, you can do that on any of our listing pages by clicking “Search/Filter Results”. What’s nice about this is you can filter by categories like:
- Property Type
- Location – City or Street
- MLS number
- Price
How up-to-date are these listings?
Real estate listings are updated on this site twice a day – usually around midnight and noon. We get ‘em all ready for you twice a day so they’re ready for you when you’re searching 🙂
Are these all the listings in BC?
No. If a real estate brokerage or REALTOR® decides they don’t want their listing in the DDF feed, it won’t be on this site. There are lots of listings on the market that are not in this feed. Some of the missing listings ARE represented by an agent – but there are also plenty of listings that are simply not public. Sometimes people just don’t want everyone in BC, Canada and the world-at-large to know their business. BTW, we often represent those people. That’s one of many Cascadia Realty advantages.
If you want to be the first to know about listings in BC that fit your needs when they hit the market you should become a member of the Cascadia Pacific Realty Private Members Club.
As a member of this service, you’ll learn about the listings feed AND the more exclusive and private sales that are not in the public DDF feed. Often the private sales are the most exciting properties on the market.
Our private members club is a service we provide to our VIP clients that have a good sense of what they want. The service doesn’t cost anything and opens real estate doors that you might not know about. Once we know what you’re looking for you’ll be the first to know when it hits the market, publicly or not-so-publicly. But almost always before everyone else!

How to view a complete listing
To view a complete listing, including all available images and descriptions for a property, just click on any of the listings above.
How to filter your results
You can filter any listing page by the available categories. Filters are in the upper right hand corner of your results, just above the top row of home images.
