The comfortable three bedroom main lodge was completed in 1994 from logs customized in Vancouver and then shipped and assembled on site. The main lodge is ideally situated to command a south westerly vista across Skidegate inlet. The lodge is further complemented with an efficient hot water heating system, covered sundecks, hot tub, river rock fireplace and wet bar.

Although Maude Island Retreat would make an ideal “boutique” fishing and eco-adventure resort the present owners have mainly limited their use to corporate entertaining.
