Media Advisory
(Merrit, BC – September 24, 2008) The Chutter Family of Merritt is inviting buyers and prospective buyers at their unique Ranchland Estates development in the Nicola Valley to join in their annual fall cowherd roundup.
Every fall for more than 100 years, the cows are brought down from summer range grazing for winter-feeding on the ranch in the valley. The Chutters and their guests will saddle up to trail the cows down to the valley, then experience a day of ranch activities, horseback riding and a BBQ dinner, offering an early taste of the ranch lifestyle available to buyers at Ranchland Estates.
Private home sites at Ranchland Estates offer buyers an escape from the city and relaxed ranch living. Home builders will be onsite October 4 as well to advise buyers on building and design options, as well as a geothermal energy presentation which complements the Chutters’ philosophy of sustainability in planning Ranchland Estates.
Ranchland Estates is a 900-acre equestrian and country living opportunity near Merritt BC, only 2.5 hours from Vancouver.
