The heli-ski tenure covers more than 1,400 square kilometres, with more than 125 ski runs and annual snowfall exceeding 18 metres. It is 40 minutes by air from Williams Lake or 108 Mile House airports, and approximately two hours by air from Vancouver.
The 7,000 square foot main lodge was constructed in 1967 as a sport fishing and hunting facility catering to the European markets, and has been upgraded and expanded since the seller bought the lodge in 2000. The main lodge has eight guest rooms and suites, as well as a large living room, dining room, bar/lounge, office and a commercial kitchen. The property includes more than 14 deeded acres, with 790 feet of lake frontage, a gravel airstrip, guest cottages, spa building and a manager’s house. The asking price is $2.8 million CDN.
